Welcome to The Gathering Catalyst(TM)

Oh Lord, open me. Make me Spiritually aware, conscious of the occasion You have me in. Continually remind me of my purpose, position and Salvation in Christ Jesus. Remind Your Co-Heir, who received adoption and all that comes with being a Royal of Zion, who they are. Minister, Ambassador, Child of Adonai and Beloved. Rescued, Redeemed & Royalty. And need to act like it. Jesus, help us make you proud to call us Child, Friend and Beloved. Psalm 112-119, 119 being a Psalm (song) of exaltation and grateful heart.
I learned a great lesson today, in which validates so much and refreshes so much I cannot explain. It is centered around Psalm 112-119. So I will be writing letters on what I learned from these and how they are not only applying to my life but all His Beloved, yesterday, today and for all eternity. Thank You Pastor Brian, Hillsong, Sidney, Australia.

Greetings!!! Tehillah Adonai!
Welcome to the The Gathering Catalyst web journal. At first it was a journal for a home church that was struck down by a tree through the apartment of the only people that were part of our little gathering during a winter's wind storm. Then things in their family really fell apart. But not wanting to give up compleatly I decided to keep up with the journal and keep writing. There are still many pages I want to add but my human side got the best of me and go months without writing sometimes.
Getting encouragement from a great counselor and a new friend I have spent the day spiffing up the site and adding a new page. Usually I would change what was on the home page, making it the latest lesson. Now I think this will be the permanent Home page maybe editing and adding updates. I have posted this to a couple of bookmarks and am giving out the address more often. I feel it is time to have a permanent home page now.
The reason behind the name ~ For some reason the term 'the Rapture' has always struck me funny, like it didn't fit, despite the fact the term has worked it's way into the dictionary. Jesus never used the word 'rapture' but did use the word 'gather' or 'gathering' many times, and I feel more at ease with that term, hence the first part of our name. The second is, well, a catalyst is the explosion ignitor, and as Christians I feel that is what we need to be to bring the Gathering, go out and start fires for the LORD. This is also how I feel as a person so the catalyst part has a bit of me in it, which will be obvious as you read the rest of the site. It is also the name my music group (still in the works) and some day hope to lots of people to sing with me.
The pictures on the site were taken by me and my husband over the years. (unless otherwise noted) If ever there were a poster child (puppy child) for
'Got Sand?' this would be it.
This our dog Chloe. Spunk, sproinnngg, and sweetness all in one. She really is a gift from God.
Ya know, it is said that every knee will bow and every tounge confess. I believe that means animals are not immune to that Word.
The rest of the site might be confusing. Web mastering is not all that easy and I can't quite get the pages in the order I want, but hey, it's free, can't complain there!
The files with the months on them are mostly when the gathering was going on in our home. We have a statement of faith, an 'about us' and other pages touching on important subjects.
I will warn now, I tend to be a wildfire, eyebrows, eyelashes, the hair on your arms and the hair on your head might get singed, don't worry, they'll grow back. Seriously though, it's a gift, of sorts, that when used properly gets the point across quite well.
From ones who don't want to face truths I have gotten criticism and cutting words, that is until I bring out the Sword. Either they recant or turn off. But, in the world of standing strong for Christ a price is usually paid, I say Jesus paid a price for us it is the least we can do for Him.
I pray for the ones who claim Christ and live it that His wisdom, guidance, strength and hope continue in them, that they would continue to guard and defend His Word and that they would not be ashamed. I pray for the ones who are exploring who Jesus is and that the love and fire on this site would plant encouraging seeds of His love in their hearts.

Just wanted to let you know I just got done reading the September 16 issue # 9. I promised you my testimony at some pint and it's still in my heart to write it out for you so you can put it in the newsletter. As soon as I finish it I'll let you know. Ok bye for now and if I don't see you next Thursday it's because my hours changed to a later in the afternoon schedule.
